Bonjour Je peux enfin vous écrire, lors de ma dernière commande cette été ,j'avais commander des cartouches d,encre réusinée mais malheureusement ma première expérience a été catastrophique, ça ma couté une imprimante. La cartouche c'est vidée dans mon imprimante, en plus c'était du bleu. J,ai suivi les directives de nettoyage ça n'a rien donné. Ma commande était : # 33152389 en date du 03/26/2015

I spoke with somebody today, and advise her that I have been problem with one cartridge G & G 93 (color) and I have not be able to proceed to run the clean print cartridges utility. I bought it some months ago and I don't keep details of the shipping. It was at the same address and same card credit number. Do you think it will be possible to send me one in replacement. (for free). Thanks for your cooperation.
