Excellent service on web site. Chatted live to get information I was after to get lowered priced HP toner cartridges. However service rep wasn't familiar with refilling aspects (ie reset chips for cartridges). Ordering was fast and easy. Good prices and good service. Only criticism is that some items are shown as in stock and available for shipping and it turns out that they aren't really. My last order was done in 3 shipments over almost 2 weeks.

Not sure yet. Have to return a defective HP61XL coloured ink cartridge. Had a 2 hour Phillipino conversation with HP tech support! Hoping the new one I just ordered will solve the issue.
