I just ordered three (3) "Epson 69 T069220 New Compatible Ink Cartridge" (Cyan,Magenta and yellow). You used to have them in one package but you don't anymore.I bought them separately.It costed me few dollars more.

I tried to place my order on the weekend and your password reset was not working. When I tried to call your 866 *** **** number this morning it disconnected my call when I pressed 1 for English. The only way I was able to reach you was via your Chat and they gave me your 514 number. Not a very good experience at all.
