I chatted with Nicole Yang about the discount coupon. She was very helpful. I just don't understand why the coupon doesn't apply to my whole order, or at least, to the more expensive item. If i pay through Paypal i cannot claim my discount, thats a pain in the neck. Not the easiest site to navigate when trying to find your printer. There is no order on the printer page, you have to select find my printer in order to get an Alpha/numeric list to then get the correct ink. Web site leaves a lot to be desired.
