I have ordered from 123ink.ca several times in the past and it used to be much simpler/easier/faster than my experience today with "Shopper +"!! Maybe next time I'll have to shop around.

i called to order Ink as not sold at Staples anymore, though previously they said they were going to continue to carry as lots of people have those printers but manufacturer discontinued, Staples mentioned 123 Ink, then I went to Canada Computers, they highly recommended 123 Ink and says your product is good. I called to order, as I have a head injury from 2023 and don't do on line ordering. The lady was patient and took the time to walk me through setting up account and explaining what to do, I appreciated her help and her excellent customer service skills, as someone with backround in Pharmac, it is imperative to give good service so the business retains it's customers (patients}, anyway I appreciated the service I rec'd today and recommend she be recognized for her service,not sure if she works on commission or gets paid, maybe she should get a raise, sincerely, Debbie Stanton.
