Up until about a year ago, we were encouraged to write reviews rather than just giving stars when we gave feedback on our orders, and in return got double S-points for our reviews of products. Then, suddenly and very quietly, you seem to have completely flipped it so that now if we ONLY give stars we get double points but if we write a review we're limited to single points. So now I've wasted the effort bothering to write reviews every time I ordered something for the past year, only to actually LOSE S-points for doing so!
