COMPLAINT This is the second time in two months... I have 2 Epson XP 6100 printers – one in my office and one in my Motor Home. Every time I order your Remanufactured Ink Cartridges I end up getting a dude that doesn’t work. Then I have to spend the time to write you – get a replacement and run the dude to the post office. It is time consuming and not warranted. I think you have to check your quality control and put some pressure on the manufacturer to boost their quality at their end. Do we have to switch to buying directly from Epson or Best Buy.?? Now what do you want me to do with the CYAN cartridge that will not install. Cost more to mail then the cartridge is worth. I am again ordering two sets but hope I don’t have to order Epson original again from Best Buy!. Thank in advance for your reply.\
