In the past I have been very pleased with your product and service. I usually order the new cartridge before the old one expires so am always “good to go”. Today I ordered a replacement toner cartridge. (41156445). Ever since I installed the last cartridge, my printer would work only sporadically. I didn’t realize it was a defective cartridge until the tech support person checked the system today. The response about the printer from the computer was that the toner cartridge was defective. He checked it a couple of times but drew the same conclusion.
