J'ai essayé d'utiliser le code PC10 comme indiqué à votre page d'accueil et ça n'a jamais fonctionné. J'ai donc du payer ma commande 10% de plus. Le coupon devait se terminer à 23h59 et il est présentement 22h18.

Hi, I am a first time purchaser. I applied to have a business account; however, there was no indication of a fee? Secondly, when placing the order and entering a coupon code...I was not given any indication in the final billing whether the $10 off if order above $95 weekend special was applied. I don't think it was and would like to know why. Things just didn't run smoothly the first time.

I put in my credit card and inexplicably it now wants me to mail a cheque?! Obviously I am not mailing a cheque. And of course there's no support on the weekend so now I have to wait until Monday to deal with this. I would cancel and try again but then of course I'll lose the first time coupon. I'm really really trying to support a Canadian business here, but this isn't making it easy.
