Too much MARKETING on pages! Just stick to the goal: Choosing, Ordering and Paying! Also: The system can't get my Shipping Address correct in the final steps of placing order. It double enters the info, even after Editing and re-editing it refuses to accept and display the correct address. Plus: how are items shipped? COURIER or CANADA POST? Makes a difference as to how and where I will receive the shipment. Your site and processes have been very frustrating and time consuming.
