Too many restrictions/limitations for coupon codes supposedly available for so called "Privileged" members. Site is getting too complicated with more tier memberships Hope you realize this just adds to the price the consumer pays making your products less attractive if the customer has to jump through hoops just to make a purchase. Personal opinion is that this makes the site overall less attractive to shop with.
