This is the first time I have ever placed an order from your company. I started by creating an account because Marc, the agent I spoke to yesterday, (Jan 10), said that I needed to do so in order to then claim my 10% New Shopper discount at the checkout. I placed my order and everything went smoothly and I received my confirmation email. However while on the site on my cellphone, a message appeared stating that I was eligible for a future 10% discount. I tried to sign back in to check it out but I had problems because it said my password was incorrect. I double checked; it was not. Then the CAPTCHA kept sending me test after test, after test even though I was getting the green checkmark!!?. How many times do I do this to prove I am not a robot. Finally I gave up trying. I do not particularly want to reset my password as I have memorized it. I'm done. I'll try logging in another day. Sheesh!
