I learn a few bits or e-commerce marketing from your site 1. The clever way you got permission to get promotions from your partners 2. The way you added the bonus points with the permission to contact customers 3. This last checkout feedback form. I did some tests on it a. I selected a score of 4 left the comment area blank and it didn't accept b. I changed the score to 5 and left it blank, it still didn't accept c. So now deciding to complete the feedback details By doing this you are indeed desirous of and soliciting feedback from everyone whether they had good or bad experiences. Well done. And by the way, thanks for the FREE gift offer. I took a few screenshots of your checkout screens. Suggestion for improvement You may want to think about a few more relevant upsells. I know you sell ink cartridge but there are definitely many more offers you could create to increase cart value. So explore more options, you never know who is a frenzy buyer! I have signed up and would be looking to see what your follow-up mail sequences look like, I may have more suggestions for you then. All the best.

Dealt with prime cables in the past so I thought I could try them again. Offered coupon for prime cables and denied it on checkout. Never ordering from this site again. Going back to making my own cables after my hand heals. I do not like being baited.
