I had a question and unfortunately, your live chat was away and it was clear enough how to send a message. I wanted to delay the delivery date for my order

Zsuzsanna B, British Columbia, May 20, 2023

Tbe site is NOT user friendly. The checkout was tedious and I believe I. went thru the process 3 times. When asked for next steps or to type in a telephone verification code, the site does not automatically shift to the next key stroke, does not tabulate etc. Accordingly, I had to type a number and then mouse over to the next box requiring population. I like your product and the visuals on your site. BUT, whoever programs this should be aware that much of the code used feels amateurish.

WILL COMMENT AFTER I RECIEVE THE PRODUCT AND SEE

George O, Ontario, May 20, 2023

Too bad I live here....remote shipping...free shipping is why I ordered as I appreciate that it comes free when everything here costs so much more. Rather order and save some money... It was a surprise to me that if I had paid for only the 2pack that it would have cost almost as much as the product...not a good saving. The reason I ordered another single is because of the so-called free shipping over $49...not happy about that but that is part of living in the north I guess...
