Delivery was very quick..... Printer is noisier than others I've had.... Print quality is fine....... Relatively easy to hook up.... Takes two tries to work, one to "wake up" and one to print...... Will not print from my Surface 8.1 RT but should work from Surface Pro..... Overall, happy with product and excellent delivery service......

Excellent quality. Use it in my Epson printer. The printer does pop up saying it is the wrong product but you just by pass it and you are good to go. Service was excellent and received my product fast. Will definately be ordering from here again.

Very satisfied with this printer. Easy installation and printing quality. It is small and practical for a small space. The printing quality meets my expectations. My only concern is that not many suppliers hold the replacement toner cartridge. Would recommend. Good deal!

This toner cartridge works as well as an actual Brother Toner Cartridge, and for a much better price. Will definitely continue to purchase this.

Installation instructions are POOR. I have tried numerous times to install and understand the WIRELESS PRINT feature. It starts with trying to understand a POOR english translation of the product directions. I am using WINDOWS 10 and perhaps that is the problem. WHEN it prints it is great, but that doesn't happen with the wireless mode.

Price was awesome for a wireless printer. Works great with my laptop, my desktop, and my notepad. Can't find a program to allow it to run from my Nokia 635 Windows phone. Or I would have given it 5 stars.

I loaded paper into the feed and the printer jammed on the first print job. I removed the jammed paper carefully but the red light indicating jammed paper would not go off and I could not print any more.

I bought some from another company and the printer would not recognize them. The ones I bought from 123 work perfectly.
