I have not used this cartridge so I cannot review it. However I was a little surprised to be charged $23 to receive the parcel when it arrived.

I am very disappointed with this product. I have always used remanufactured cartridges but this is the first time using this particular label. It does not work in my printer. It will not print red at all, so it is completely useless. Additionally, as with all remanufactured cartridges in the Pixma printer, the computer does not recognize ink levels so it's always a guessing game as to how much ink might remain at any time. The black cartridge - same label - works fine.

Have used these cartridges several times without problems. I am not sure about fading on photos as I use a different printer for those, but otherwise they are great value for printing flyers and brochures. Delivery is fast.

OMG Angela THANK YOU!! I was almost in a panicked state when your review led me to the video which saved me a lot of trouble. Really, I think the item description should have warned customers before purchase. Anyhow, problem solved! #Brother MFC-9130CW #HowToVideo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uIIdHbM2OX0

To get my Brother copy centre to accept the toner cartridge I had to go on to YouTube and learn how to override the system so it would be acknowledged and work. I had to do this because no one at 123inkcatridges would answer the phone... On a weekday during business hours. After trying from 9 am to 2:30 pm and my staff at a standstill I found my YouTube solution. Also I have found that my red ink is powdery and smudges... Tried to call 123 ink cartridges singes my logo and letterhead is black and red.... No answer. If I'm going to buy cartridges from somewhere with a toll free customer service number then it should work.... I can buy my ink from China cheaper and at least I know there's no customer service.
