Like most I wanted to sit better, but unfortunately for me I just couldn't get this to work. I don't know why, I'm 5'3 and found the support hugged my entire back. Couldn't find the right spot to rest it, tried lower and higher but still found my back hurting even after more than a week of use. I got a friend whose much taller than me to try it out as well, they're almost 6ft, and they couldn't find a good spot to rest it either. So I guess beware if your body isn't 'typical', maybe my torso is to short or too long.

I have to adjust it as the strap got loose overtime, however when it's in place, it's aligned so well to the back smoking it comfortable to work and even game with

This back support is a life saver! It gives you the right support because of its auto adjustable two pieces. I used to have lower back pain but not anymore after using this support. Very glad with the purchase.
