I've been using this for some time before I make this review. It's good if you are not sitting all day or if you don't have a boney back. Quality itself is good but I stopped using it after a while because this is too hard for my back.

This ergonomic backrest support is well built and very comfortable. I love the design that it is flexible and it hugs my back when I lean back to my chair!

Fits nicely in my chair and gives badly needed support to my back. Came assembled so I didn't have to do anything. I just checked that it was at the right width.

I bought three of these back supports for myself and my family members working from home. Perfect! It provides great support and enhances posture. I even use mine if sitting on the sofa too.
