Anny B, Quebec, 10 février, 2016

It was difficult to place the order.

Anton C, Alberta, 10 février, 2016

I contacted you because I did not know how to navigate your web page. There are several things that make using your website cumbersome, especially for a first time user. In my phone conversation I found the person working there to be a little impatient, he talked too quickly to be understood. Just a reminder you are getting a call because someone wants to purchase something. Try to make the experience pleasant for them. You may have to exercise a little more patience than you feel like.

I found the site really easy to use!

Alanna M, British Columbia, 10 février, 2016

your site is not compatible with the Firefox Ver 44 browser. Items waiting to go into cart remain in waiting. Had to use Microsoft Edge instead to order. Firefox is a far superior browser to IE/Edge.

Paul P, British Columbia, 10 février, 2016

love this site I've wired 6 houses with full top of the line and great costumer service.

Sir Samuel F, Alberta, 10 février, 2016

Syntia D, Quebec, 10 février, 2016

I buy my ink cartridges from 123 regularly, never a problem and shipping and receiving is super fast, usually within a week (Canada Post must be goofing up).

Darrell D, Ontario, 10 février, 2016

Great as usual guys.

Kenneth W, Ontario, 10 février, 2016

Good products, fast delivery. Some inks don't last long, ie. HP Photosmart 8150 cartridges.

Brian H, Ontario, 10 février, 2016

Always a pleasure ordering from 123.

Richard P, British Columbia, 10 février, 2016
