I had ordered a printer, since it was not being delivered I called your service department. I was told the printer was in Vancouver. I was happy to be able to cancel my order, but I would have appreciated beeing told before that it was not possible to deliver quickly the printer. I appreciate the toner quality and fast delivery. I had a hard time over 1&half hrs. to get this order completed. I had purchased Ink a yr. or so ago but I think I did it by phone. Anyway I couldn't get any satisfaction by 'Chat' or the Ph.#. It kept asking for a password when I was typing & almost to the end. Finally got temporary one & then changed it to permanent one. I tried to order from my Airmiles email where it said "Dell" but to no avail. **I also want to know if I will get the points offered from that site.

I had only one problem with a C220B last time. There is still lots of ink in the tank, but it shows to be empty on the printer, so I will have to order the original PGBK, which unfortunately is more expensive.
