wow! i am a 123cartridges customer, and i love the pickup shipping method, not only do i save money on shipping, but the place i have to pick up my item is close by. Plus i love the fact that i can shop from several sites and just check out at one place. Fantastic!

Boxing day order would not go through possibly because I'd applied credits and the total was $0. Could not remove credits. Ended up getting a new free shipping code and tried using credit card instead of paypal. Credits still appeared for $0 total and order wouldn't go through. Changed the order so that total wasn't $0 and credits disappeared and order went through.

Difficult to maneuver through site. I thought I had applied a coupon code (10% off) but in the end, the coupon shows on the order summary (lucky10), but I do not think it was applied. I'm not sure where or how to ensure that it is applied. With paying the shipping and the coupon possibly not applying, this does not seem to be any savings at all for me. Not too pleased.
