Ease of use at website, selection good, prices very good. Now to see if the quality is in the merchandise.

Overall great. I would prefer faster though (like Amazon). Thank you.

R N, British Columbia, 26 décembre, 2015

So far - excellent. My "experience", though, will include length of time for delivery and quality of ink cartridge received... :-)

David I, British Columbia, 26 décembre, 2015

My place to buy buy. Great service

Bruce K, British Columbia, 26 décembre, 2015

There should be an option to enter different contact phone numbers for delivery address and credit card payment because the credit card record may not have one's cell phone number on record for verification use.

Steve L, British Columbia, 26 décembre, 2015

As always, superior

Edmund R, British Columbia, 26 décembre, 2015

I wanted to use the Boxing Day free delivery and 20% off codes. Did not see the place to enter it.

Eugene L, British Columbia, 26 décembre, 2015

I AM USING A COUPON CODE OF BOXING20 FOR 20% OFF AND IT EXPIRES TODAY BECAUSE IT IS A BOXING DAY COUPON, YET LIVE CHAT HASN'T RESPONDED BECAUSE YOU ARE ON HOLIDAYS. I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER, YET I AM EXPECTING A 20% DISCOUNT OFF MY BILL.

Gord G, Ontario, 26 décembre, 2015

Very easy to select items and to proceed to payment. Process is clear and secure. Prices are competitive and nice promotions a few times a year. Good job!

Daniel P, Quebec, 26 décembre, 2015

We purchased several laser toner cartridges at one time for a Brother Printer, but when we started using a second cartridge, the quality was terrible. We first contacted Brother to determine if it was a hardware problem. They walked throughout several steps to determine it was a toner problem. We then contacted 123 Ink Cartridges and they said the toner missed the warranty period of one year by several weeks. Even though laser toner should NOT go bad, warranty or not, 123 Ink Cartridges will not replace or do anything about them. Therefore, we will not purchase anymore ink or toner from this company. Again, if it was unreasonable, we would not be expecting any assistance but it is only reasonable that the toner should work.
