This has been a most frustrating experience. The first time I phoned, said to register on Home Page. Did that. Then it would not allow me to proceed to payment after order was finished. I am surprised that I did not give up.

There is no option to open a new account. I had to phone to open an account and wait on line for ten minutes to talk to an agent. When the agent came on, I had a hard time to understand what she was saying because of her accent.

I had a print quality problem as the colour cartridge wasn't producing. Once I contacted an agent the cartridge was replaced and received in 3 days. Thank you very much
