Good order processing

Praful R, Ontario, 04 décembre, 2015

I have ordered from your company before and enjoyed the service. I will continue to buy from your company as and when I have a need for your products. Thanks for the great service.

Web site is confusing. On my Android tablet I can't add any more than 1 item to the Cart without the previous additions disappearing!! On my Wndows computer it was very difficult to make a minor change in my address and have it registered in the order. I fooled with it for quite a while before I was actually able to place my Order through Paypal. I have to fool with my Browser settings to get a Print of the Order. I like doing business with your company but the web site needs a little work. John

Sometimes it is confusing to find all the deals... They seem to be spread across too many pages. Otherwise.. like your site and will return to buy more.

I hope your product is as good as your service!!!

This site is easy to use

Difficult to remove items from shopping cart if you make a wrong keystroke

Lawrence C, Ontario, 03 décembre, 2015

I repeatedly input my order and your website repeatedly said there was no order. I appreciate the discount but all the time it took to get this simple order established was totally unacceptable. Your chat agent finally had to put the order in for me. I don't think most people would bother to fiddle with a site this much before looking elsewhere for the products they want.

Carl from the customer support chat was very helpful. I greatly appreciate companies that take care of their customers...and so happy to purchase from a Canadian run company. Keep up the good work.

My 1st time using your site. Very happy with the prices. The customer reviews on the product I needed are very good so I'm hoping I found my new supplier.
