Instead of supporting the back, it's designed to just fold in towards the center and collapse in on itself. The top of the backrest likes to dig itself into the bottom of your shoulder blades. Terrible product at its promo price, a complete joke at its regular price.

its ok i tried it and not for me leaves the top of chair hard to access . i think my old way with small pillow does same job . but then again i do not have a lot of back pain i am just ordinary joe. can not talk for someone who suffers from back pain .. i understand them completely they will try anything to ease pain god bless
