J'ai "chattée" avec Jasmine qui a répondue à toutes mes questions. Aussi, comme c'était ma première expérience avec vous, j'ai téléphonée, après 5 minutes, on m'a dit que vous pourriez me rappeler en pesant sur le 1, le message était en anglais et comme je ne comprends pas l'anglais toujours, on n'a raccroché la ligne. A ma grande surprise, quelqu'un m'a rappelée. Très gentil homme m'a rassurée que la livraison se ferait à mon domicile. Merci!

I'm not impressed with this order. The shipping cost was way to high for what I'm having delivered. 21$ for 2 small shelves. When I order as a reseller for 1 it costs 11$ and you double the cost for a second one. I can have to fully articulate mounts shipped for 12.49$....

Had a lot of difficulty finding my ink this time. Almost went elsewhere, but I've always had good service here, so stuck with it. You might want to check this - my ink was for an Epson WorkForce310, and I finally just had to scroll down through all the Epson inks until I found it..... Best regards!
