The site froze twice causing me to have to reenter all of my profile details. Also - site is misleading as it says free shipping over $50 and elsewhere it says shipping within 1-2 days but then at checkout in order to get that deal i would have had to pay an additional $100 --- your joking right? I chose the free shipping but that will take 6-8 days - archaic. I really hope my stuff arrives within that window or it will all be sent directly back. This is my fist experience with living.ca - I am an Amazon user.

Took many tries to login to account. I have never had to login before because it has always been automatic. The process is clunky. It asked me for my password and then wanted me to open a guest account. After about 5 tries it decided that my password needed to be changed. I should have just started a new account. I wouldn't have wasted half an hour.
