I have ordered often from you...It really depends on what I order if the ink cartridge works. Even the replacement cartridge you sent me for the last order did NOT work. Toner cartridges have always worked. my injet cartridges that I have ordered have not. There is nothing more frustrating than getting new inkjet cartridges and finding they are NOT accepted by the printer. This was true once again for the Lexmark order. I won't be ordering inkjet cartridges from you any more. Toner cartridges for my lasers have always worked.

Everything good except a bit confusing re cartridge choice... After I chose option and colour, it asked colour again in checkout. If I hadn't noticed I might have ordered wrong colour. Why does it ask for colour again???
