Je voulais changer les points accumulés mais je n'ai pas réussi j'avais 12,598 points valeur de 10,00$ et après 3 tentatives sans succès je me suis demandée pourquoi on donne les points si on ne peut pas les échanger quand on passe la commande.

My credit card number changed since my last order (due to loss). I chose to edit credit card number, rather than to enter a "new credit card" and ended up with a message to call card center for authorization. Not knowing the phone number to call and where to find it, I was delayed. There should be some sort of customer service phone number to call in cases like this.
