Customer Reviews – Trusted 123Ink Experiences

So far so good!

JayJay B, Quebec, April 27, 2019

The access to the products i wanted was good. I think one should be able to go directly to a credit card without the ritual of membership and google. Also there should be an option for delivery to my address. For example we are in an apartment where there is always someone at the front desk who could receive a parcel.

It was a little confusing when I first set up my account and tried to order last week. But everything seems to be fine now. I'll just wait and see what happens next. Ordered April 26, 2019. Kevin Leggett.

Paul G, Ontario, April 26, 2019

This is my first order and everything seemed to go very easy. I should mention that I never provide a top rating as I believe that nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement.

Jim C, Ontario, April 26, 2019

The website is good. The shipping should be quicker.

Just found out after placing the order it is cheaper at amazon.ca by $6.57 each, even walmart.ca is 0.01 cheaper. I have always had good service with Shopper+ but will do more comparison shopping BEFORE I order next time.

I have switched to 123ink for ALL office supplies for the company I work for. I am thrilled by the quality and value. I've only had trouble with one item, a generic drum for a Brother printer. Everything else has been amazing.

Stephanie B, Ontario, April 26, 2019

Very comforting having orders arrive as expected and with the quality of the product totally in tune with the advertised claims of 123.

Sharina A, Ontario, April 25, 2019

I've been ordering cartridges for years - but never see coupon codes to apply OR the S-points you often note. The cartridge combo was listed at $99.99 - but came up 109.99 at checkout! Can you correct price ? Also adjust so I receive TWO black cartridges. Thanks, Arthur Cathers - longtime customer
