HI, I ask your customer service specfications about printer pantum 7100 model (talk with Gabriel on April 17) and he told me that this model is duplex scanning and Veronica (by email) told me that is only printing both sides not scanning). Well, I bought it as a machine duplex scanning and printing. Please take a special attention to my email that I made a copy. This is a first time that I order and I don't want to be deceived. Mixed signals at checkout with regards to redeeming s-points. Checkout cart shows points redeemed, but final invoice does not. Tried using your chat bot to clear up, but delays at your end caused me to leave computer only to have session terminated. I still don't know if this problem will be cleared up.

What I like, on top of the super prices and assortment, is the way your checkout handles addresses with PO Box destinations as a specific option. I feel more confident the package will be delivered exactly where I wish it to arrive, i.e. my Post Office box.
