It's Amazing that my ink toner-drum combo for Brother DCP 7030 purchased in 2012 from 123inc.ca is still working and now I want to change the toner because the prints are coming slightly fade. Now more than 6 years. It's really great. You have good stuff at a great price. I'll send more customers. Thanks a lot. Kuldeep

I have now been online on the 'CHAT' WINDOW ( APPARENTLY THAT DOESN'T ACTUALLY INCLUDE 'CHATTING' WITH ANYONE) Hoping against hope, at the 10 minute mark I ALSO phoned the phone number where I ALSO WAITED for a real person to answer.. According to your own calculations on the chat window it has now been 40 minutes and I STILL haven't been to either 'chat' or speak with anyone. I seriously doubt if I would ever want to do business with your company again and FOR SURE I'll give you a mention on the social media sites I belong to. Now I'm giving up as your disgusting musak......AND SO LOUD that my phone volume is turned down as far as it can go and I can still hear it when I'm 2 rooms away.....GOOD GOD.......are you people for real...?? No answer chat.....no answer the phone and an EXTRA-LOUD MUSAK thing......can't see you going far with a customer relations like that. I'll reckon each customer uses you ONCE......

no complaints. easy to order. 2nd time here. not going back to newegg unless they have a really good deal on Kingston 16GB flash drives. Ordered a set of genuine CANON ink carts and they were dry in less than a month of very light use. prefer the transparent carts to view ink level. looking for a great deal on a color laser printer for the wife's computer. I'll be back :)
