Customer Reviews – Trusted 123Ink Experiences

Fast and easy to use.

I found this a very awkward, time-consuming transaction. First, I couldn't log in and asked for a password re-set that never got sent. There did not appear to be a guest check-out like many other sites have. Then, my valid credit card was declined...although this is the card linked to Pay Pal which went through. I have to say, I am questioning future purchases with this site.

as long as the goods arrive, fit and work as advertised, you are doing exceptionally well. Thank you.

Customer service was great! Gabriel helped us in processing the return for a genuine brother toner although there is no return once OEM toners are opened. We got the refund within 7 business days including the delivery time which was awesome! We have been purchasing genuine toners from this website for over a year now and collected almost 30K S-Points which we can then redeem for store credits... haven't redeemed yet, but hope the experience will be good. Also the OEM toners over here is over $15 to $20 cheaper from other stores. Keep up the good work!!

When I was placing my order, I got a Free Shipping message. When I paid through PayPal, I had to pay $5.95 shipping cost through Canada Post. Why did I have to pay for shipping?
