You guys charged me 20% more price for the same product which I bought last time! few months back! I am not happy with this kind of greedy pricing policy! the product is MTB TN-660 toner cartridge for brother printer!. I paid $20 last time and now I paid $25 !! Why would I pay 20% more! for what reason!!??

The person on the phone answered my questions, but it was hard to understand everything she was saying because the phone line she was using kept cutting in and out. But, very helpful. Also, online it said I would get free shipping on my first order, however it keeps showing shipping costs of $5.95 on the invoice. Why is it charging me shipping?? Thank you,Evelyn
