I contacted live chat, to add another 1 of the wallmounts I had ordered(order#35366537, the $39.99 one), I got as far as being thanked by someone named "Gabriel" for reaching them, but then he say anything more, or respond to any of my further messages for well over half an hour. So...at this point, instead of adding to my order, I think I'll probably just cancel it. If your customer service is this terrible for a prospective customer, I can only imagine how bad it must be for someone who's money you already have. Original message from me - "Hi, I placed an order today for 3 wallmounts. Order#35366537. I'm just wondering if it's possible to add another of the "PrimeCables® Full Motion Articulating TV Wall Mount for 37" to 70" Flat Panel TVs" to the order" Gabriel(approx. 8 mins later) - "Hi thanks for reaching us." Me(approx. 6 mins later after hearing nothing more) - "Hi" Me(Another 6-8 mins later after hearing nothing) - "Sooo,,,,,can you help me or are you just thanking me for reaching you and then disappearing?" Me(After 30 mins with still nothing) - "Ok, thanks for the help. Guess instead of adding to my order I might just cancel it."
