Needs fixing: Ready for Cart Checkout does not sync with changes made by user. Initially created a cart for 2+2 cartridges, then went to checkout (had 2+2 which was correct). Then returned to change order for 3+3, but unfortunately checkout (guest) refused to update to 3+3 cartridges. Starting-over again and clearing cookies refused to fix the problem. I finally had to go and start a new shopping cart using a different web browser. A little disappointed: Did not receive discount for PRIME25

I am pleased with the service this is my second order. However i do have a question. I only was able to print out 800 copies from my first TN450, i understood it was to be closer to 1200 ??? Also in Staples the TN450 is 2600 copies, I would like to know what the issue is in receiving way less copies than suggested. Please respond to this email i am curious, i was not expecting to purchase so soon. The reason i know how many i printed as i purchased to 500 packs of 8 1/2x11 packs of paper when i purchased last time and still have 200 sheets left.
