I had placed an order last week, then after 2 days I noticed in my e-mail my order was canceled because my billing add is different, some one should call me instead of canceling my order, since I wanted to deliver in my pharmacy not my home thats why I didn;t change it. This toner is only available online and this is pharmacy. We couldn't print any label without printer then we have to give by writing manually which is very very hectic and time consuming. I am a regular customer and a pharmacist its not personal order you should take care of because we are totally helpless and phone us instead of e-mailing, I have more than 50 e-mails and 100 messages therefore not possible to read on time and each messages, next time please call us if need to clarify any thing- thanks Ahmed Atique 403 *** ****
