Only one comment. I was disappointed to find out that my coupon codes (that you send me on a regular basis via email) don't apply because they are "OEM". Why am I penalized for buying the correct ink cartridge for my computer? You should have deals that apply to all people, not certain people.

I would like to be able to edit the shipping address to include a PO# as the local Post Office would like to see this on there.

navigating between the order and address (if not set up) is confusing, since I had a previous order, and the address details were not saved from it. The page only indicates "New Address". Since I had previously ordered from 123, I expected that my address was saved. When I logged into my account, information on the screen indicated my postal code as the shipping address.
