Good value for the items I bought (ink and a metal shelf), and when an ink cartridge malfunctioned I received great customer service. However I tried to call on your 24 Hour hotline and had to wait 15 minutes, followed by a hang up. I called because I experienced another ink cartridge malfunction. That's why I gave a 3/5

Slightly confusing because (A) PayPal asks for an address even though I'm shipping to a metro station and on the PayPal screen it isn't clear that I'm not losing that option (maybe give a notice before redirecting to PayPal that indicates that, for metro, put whatever as address in PayPal?) And (B) it says that you can spend S-Points in checkout but it isn't clear that you need to get a certain number of S-Points before you can get store credit. That clarification would be nice too.

Some frustrating issues not the least of which is your search engine. Had to go to live chat to find screen savers and then not what I was looking for. Just assume you no longer carry those. I am a returning customer but apparently you don't know me even though I get your promo emails daily. I don't believe one had to sign in before which may explain that.
