Your company in the USA are always sending me coupons for discounts - you don't. I find sorting out exactly what I want awkward each time and am always afraid I have the wrong ink. I haven't got the patience to figure out what your S-Points Rewards does.

I had to log back into your site to source a promo code but erroneously logged into 123 Ink.com - an American firm that offered same products at a lower price plus a 15% discount and free shipping. I opted to cancel their order and go back to finalize my order with you...also buy Canadian...but again could not find a promo code with you. Would be nice to close the price gap!

Great items, fantastic pricing. Web site is easy to navigate and making purchases is a breeze. Quick shipping at a good price. S-Point Rewards is Amazing. It's actually one of the first rewards point system ive been able to collect anything in some other places; points to get anything take years to gather that's if the policy of their point system dont discard them after a year... All and all very pleasant experience. I alot of time try to find excuses to order stuff even if i dont need it lol. I recommended it to friends and familly and to anyone who ask me the typical where did you get this thing.

There are problem in the information updates, for example, change or adding shipping address but it does not process any way to make changes like a button or something. I have place an order this time but next time if the problem is not fixed, I may not be back.
