Well...upto this week, I thought you guys were fantastic. But I had bought the incorrect mounting bracket, and wanted to return it to buy the one I just bought (more expensive) and I was told I had to pay a "restocking fee of 30%. Quite unreasonable considering I just placed an order for the correct bracket, and more items to boot.

Have been doing very well. Just have to remember to use printer at least every 2 days so not to let ink dry in printer slots. Other wise the products are super.
