I received a defective black cartridge on my last order (print out was all black) -- other cartridges tested fine with old black cartridge. I cannot be bothered to retain and mail back the defective cartridge as my time needed to do so would be counter productive. My expectation is that this additional cartridge charge be removed from this order. Regardless, hopefully I do not see any problems with this current order of products. If I encounter another defective order our business relationship will need to end.

I have two master cards; the second one is a Walmart Rewards and it was declined; I checked with Walmart and they told me it was good. However, I placed the order with the other card and it went through. Otherwise, you are fantastic and I really like the company. I don't have time to waste right now trying to use my Walmart card, but would like to know why it wasn't accepted.

I wanted to reach the official site of Canada Toner and I've spent well over an hour and have gotten no where. I wanted to use a coupon discount if there was one and can't find that either. All I have is the Canada Toner shipping envelope. My stupidity I didn't keep the invoice, etc. so I could reach them directly where they have my account and all that's necessary. Even a phone number so I could call them. I've gone with your company but I would have preferred the people who I've dealt with since 2016. Maybe you can find me a discount while you're reading this, if you care !!
