We have placed MULTIPLE orders with this company with successful payment. To have no resolution when items don't show up for customers spending hundreds of dollars per purchase is unacceptable, especially considering the failed delivery to the wrong business on part of your currier service provider. Perhaps customer loyalty would be an important measure to investigate and discuss amongst your company. Thank you.

it wouldn't take the resellerdate coupon. I got an email saying this offer was extended? didn't work so I lowered the amounts of my order as i was ordering extra to get the perk?
