You have hard to find items at fantastic prices. Even with paying shipping charges your price can't be beat. In addition, your service and delivery times are great.

Trisha B, British Columbia, February 10, 2018

The last time we used this same product, two of the cartridges seized up after a short while and made the printer growl, good and loud. I took all four out to and could only spine two of them with my fingers. The other two would only turn when I used a pair of pliers. I promptly took all four out to the trash and headed to Staples to get four of the proper OEM HP cartridges. We have gone through two complete cartridge changes since then and are now out again. My wife, Cheryl, insists on giving your product another go. I realize that I should have contacted your office at the time, but I didn't because I have never had great luck with after market refills or getting remunerated. But I am asking if you can give her some warranty or a break on the price for this second try. REGARDS, Terry Markovich 403 *** **** ***@gmail.com
