The last order of HP refurbished ink cartridges were faulty - the printing was intermittent even after cleaning the print head. We had to revert to an OEM cartridge.

Please provide a place on the order before paying to check on whether one has nay bonus points that can be used in purchasing a product. It is difficult to find out how to apply bonus points.

I have an older Dell color laser printer but it still works well. You guys are still carrying the toner cartridges for it! Dell wanted a crazy amount of $ per cartridge. Sweet!! Thanks, Marcy
