I wish the system would correlate billing address and credit card BEFORE allowing a purchase, rather than completing the purchase, charging me, then cancelling the order a couple of hours later and refunding me, and forcing me to reorder. The issue wasn't with the card processing, either, since my phone alerted me to the charge and my credit card already shows the charges for the sale, refund, and sale again. Had the system checked the addresses first it should have stopped the transaction from completing, which would have negated this process and, I hope, the need for the man power to verify.
