I always order my ink products through your website. (you can check my order history). I was waiting for Black Friday to come to replace my cartridges. But was slightly disappointed that the code "BF2017" did not apply to the products I wanted. Hence going for 2 of each I wanted, I settled down to 1 of each.

The last order I submitted I ordered two of the color cartridges. One of the cartridges was flawed and would not work in my machine. The second color cartridge ran out of ink VERY quickly. Too quickly! Obviously there wasn't much ink in it. Boooo on both cartridges and on your poor customer service for these problems. If there are any problems with the cartridges in this order I will not bother you again for my toner ink. I will just go to the other guys, the ones I used the last time I ordered toner.
