Simon C T, Quebec, November 22, 2017
Items in the past were received within two business days. Very good service. In the past I had a problem with one of the cartridges. It was the red one. The ink was coming off the cartridge and had to order a new one. Someone told me that I should have contacted the customer service and could have received a replacement with no charge. Is that true? My email address is ***@hotmail.com Thank you. Rose-Marie Dicaire

The implementation of the automatic address completion and option to ship to a post office on the website was refreshingly convenient. Very well done, other websites should take a hint from this one.

It would be nice to be able to add an item to an order immediately after placing the order so you don't have to cancel the order and place it again.

What Customers Think About Shopper+

Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
