I clicked edit to remove n/a from company under both home address and shipping address, so it would not be part of the address, but it didn't work. When it said something to the effect that I agree with the terms and conditions, I went back but could not find any terms and conditions, so I had no choice in agreeing to terms and conditions, which are unknown to me.

I had an issue with the wrong size of cartridge and you folks were very considerate in handling the problem. As I said, I am happy using 123 - in fact, I'm spoiled; have a hard time paying $17 for the same product at Staples!!
