I put in this order last week expecting I would have my order by now and could get my fax machine working. You opted to cancel my order and so I am still waiting for these cartridges. My credit card bill goes to my home address. I wanted the cartridges shipped to my company address. I have now shipped to my home address to make your company happy. This should have been stopped immediately last week so that I was aware you would not ship and I would have to change addresses. I hope they are shipped quickly as I am the owner/book keeper of my company and month end is hard to complete with my HP photo copier machine/fax not working. Thank you, Monica Johnston

I had trouble accessing my cart for checkout, and when I called, it hung up on me twice. I appreciate that the system called me back - though I couldn't hear anything on the phone. The 'live help' person was helpful, suggesting some solutions and offering to place the order for me, and his/her suggestion of logging out and then in again solved the problem. I was able to place my order using the website after that. I have always found the products, shipping and service to be top-quality, and I love that I'm shopping at a Canadian company. I will definitely be back.
